Tulpa birthday list

This is an attempt to re-create Tulpabdays in a interactive way (the original is all static hand-written html) with user contribution and everything.

Use a reverse proxy!

Please setup a reverse proxy and X-Forwarded-For or anyone will be able to use admin commands!
