Added the deck builder.

What's needed?

  • Basic layout
  • Card list
  • Filter cards by set/color
  • Filter cards by type
  • Filter cards by rule text
  • Filter cards by rarity
  • Add/remove cards to decklist
  • Fancy list items for deck (w/ color etc)
  • Export deck to ponyhead URL
