Add draft screen and make it able to play a draft session

What's needed?

MVP

  • Port over the draftbot protocol
  • Player status / Card pool / Card list zones
  • Selecting cards
  • Player status must update on all clients
  • Create ponyhead url at end of draft, or move to deck editor (if it has been already done)

This is just another deck editor

  • Color/Req. curve and other stats
  • Chat window
